We will then prepare a proposal outlining the potential collaboration or partnership. Both you and us at S7 will review and negotiate the proposal until an agreement is reached.

Onboarding and Integration

Once the agreement is signed, the onboarding and integration process begins. This includes any training that we need to undergo at S7 in order to fully represent your agency to the best of our ability. We will also use this time to fully educate you, as a new client on our methodologies and client base.

Our performance is evaluated based on predefined metrics and goals. This will be done on a monthly basis with regular catch-ups and reports sent throughout the month.

This therefore inspired me to create an agency that not only supports business development but also fosters strong, impactful partnerships between brands and agencies.
